SOCCER STARS UNITED DEVELOPMENT
PROGRAM TRYOUT PROCESS
You can sign up for a Development Program class through Super Soccer Stars website www.supersoccerstars.com by selecting any available Soccer Stars United class on the schedule. Players can enroll in any available class however enrollment is contingent on a successful evaluation. Once enrolled, the player’s first-class will also serve as an evaluation. The coach will provide feedback to the program administration regarding the player’s performance in class. In the event a player doesn’t meet the Evaluation criteria – the player will either be guided (back) into a traditional Super Soccer Stars class or a refund will be offered.

COMMUNICATION
Ability to interact with other players and to understand and apply coaching points.

GAME INSIGHT
Decision making and overall understanding of the activities.

TECHNIQUE
Soccer action quality: control, elusiveness, and accuracy.

FITNESS
Speed, agility, quickness, aggressiveness.

SIGN UP PROCESS

REQUEST TRYOUT
A parent schedules a tryout when a roster spot opens up on the specific team the player wants to join.

SOCCER TRYOUT
Players pass a trial that assesses their core soccer skills to determine if they have the needed level to join the team.

COMMITMENT
Parents and players agree to be part of the team for the entire season. Attendance is expected at games and practices.
SOCCER STARS UNITED PLAYERS COMMIT TO THEIR TEAMS FOR THE FALL, WINTER, AND SPRING SEASONS:
FALL & SPRING SEASON
Teams practice two to three times per week and play league games on weekends.
WINTER SEASON
Teams practice twice per week and participate in indoor soccer competitions on the weekends.
OFF-SEASON
Teams get the chance to participate in scrimmages, clinics, and soccer tournaments.
